Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fiona Pattaya's standard brokerage arrangement for sellers involves no upfront listing fee, with commission earned only upon a successful sale. Specific fee arrangements for buyers, lending referrals, or other services will be confirmed directly with you before you commit to any transaction.
6. Cryptocurrency Payments
Where accepted, cryptocurrency payments (SOL and USDT) must be sent on the Solana (SPL) network only. Sending funds on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or through a third-party wallet integration is done at your own risk, and Fiona Pattaya cannot reverse or recover misdirected transactions. Always confirm payment details directly with Fiona before sending any cryptocurrency.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms, inquiries, or account registrations.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit fraudulent listings or requests.
- Keep any account login credentials confidential.
- Independently verify property, legal, and financial details before making decisions.
